You're correct.  Fence is to the curb on 8th except for a 15-20 foot area seemingly left just for her.  Coincidentally about where she is standing 1 year per google maps.

Yes called Market Street but I think it will be a private maintained road open to public.

ok cool thanks, hopefully there will be some street parking for the retail that I believe will be on that side too.

Will there still be a road between the apartment complex and the tracks? like an actual road and not just for the used of this building. 

I believe it’s PED only. But I’ll ask.

Having a duplicate Market Street may not be a problem as long as nothing is actually addressed to it. Either way, when they build it, they have to submit the names for review by the City, so they'll catch it at that point.

It may also not be a big deal since its in a different zip code. Have you ever seen how many Oak Streets there are in Charlotte? It's several.
