I have it on good authority that all three hotels that are currently stalled in construction phase will restart by fall/winter. This includes Intercontinental, Homewood Suites and a new flag at Stonew

This site won’t be move in ready until Next Summer 2020 for the Low Rise portion, Next Fall for the High Rise portion and Dec 2020 for the Hotel.  This is my estimation based on where construction stands at this point.

no thread the garage was supposed to be wrapped in apartments "still in the planning and designing stage" supposedly and to serve UNCC uptown campus.  that has been taken care of by more surface gravel lots on Levine owned property.  someone how the state was going to buy some of the rights to parking spaces wonder where that is and the media in this town seem scared to investigate what is going on despite taxpayer dollars being promised for it.   They have blocked a lane on 11th St for at least 4 years and the last 2 no construction going on yet no one in the city will comment.  Lincoln Harris would never be able to get away with this and their mega huge garage is getting ready to open.
