It’s cool seeing how wide the tower portion is on this project in contrast to Uptown 550. I like both but this one I think will have much more of an impact in many ways though I like the color scheme more on Uptown 550.

drive bys photos this evening.   This tower is so important to this part of uptown.   that retail space fronting the LYNX has great high ceilings.   Lennar does a great job!

Apparently as I learned, they prefer to be called LMC (Lennar is the parent company, primarily associated with building tract housing)

LMC is the multifamily division of the Lennar Corporation which of course operates Lennar Homes in the Charlotte market.  They are in the top 3 home builders in the country and own many different builders from coast to coast.

this is so huge for this area 33 stories 384 feet taller than Ally Bank.  Plus a hotel the 13 story Homewood Suites   From a vacant block to lots of residents and activity.

It’s a real possibility that 50,000 people could be living within the I-277 Loop within the next 10 years (2030) if residential growth continues...

I always love shots like these, where it looks like a nice mini downtown Greensboro skyline...those towers, mainly in the north area, don't get much attention due to their height relative to the big boys a few blocks down. Nice shots, Jorgi and Spirit!

I’ll be glad when we can have a mini downtown Greensboro skyline along Southpark or Ballantyne.  I’m hoping for Uptown and SouthEnd to grow tall and dense to the point where it’s unrecognizable that we’re even in NC.  This is truly the urban Mecca of the Carolinas!
