I know they’re probably not all retail, but I really hope they utilize those bays and put a variety of retail there.  They have a special opportunity to make that area unique with the pedestrian only Market St.

EIFS and above ground parking are what we do best!  As long as the street level interaction is quality in terms of material and function (retail not amenities) it makes it more tolerable.

I wonder how long this project will be on pause from the outbreak?  Hopefully not too long, this thing was flying up...but safety first.  I remember when LU was paused after the accident/investigation...over a month or so...once it picked back up, things went back to normal quickly.

They’ll be back up and running soon (3/4 days).  They agreed to shutdown for a week to clean, prep and retool forces amid the virus outbreak onsite.   The apartment complex will be finished no problem.  The Hotel is more at risk due to the economic/pandemic head winds now.

^from looking at that aerial pic, the listed ~19k sqft of retail sounds a little small to me? Bradham apartments for comparison (same developer) has over 25k and Ellis is a lot larger.
