It definitely has smaller transponders on it than when it was a tower for ATT and had the big conical long distance transmitters

I Think the goal is for things to be more pedestrian scale facing the Rail Trail.

Definitely an imposing tower from Plaza Midwood coming down 10th street into Uptown. The scale of the building makes it look like they could add another 30 floors to it with little change in design.

when you build a very tall building in an area with none immediately around boy it is TALL looking.  Today walk through the park and an extra shot of my alma mater #2.  I attended classes uptown too above a food court in the now demolished Cityflop! (I meant Cityfair)
