The Ellis – 33 Floor Apartment Tower – Lennar does what Levine couldn't.

I may be wrong, but does anyone else think that the transmission tower between 7th and 8th has fewer transponders (?) than before?  I saw a crane there last week but did not observer what they were doing to the tower.

Compared the above picture to the 2019 street view, and the transponders appear unchanged.

It definitely has smaller transponders on it than when it was a tower for ATT and had the big conical long distance transmitters

Would it have been that more expensive to build the apartments facing the rail line into the tower? Another  10,15, 20 stories would have been sweet!

I Think the goal is for things to be more pedestrian scale facing the Rail Trail.

Definitely an imposing tower from Plaza Midwood coming down 10th street into Uptown. The scale of the building makes it look like they could add another 30 floors to it with little change in design.
