IMT Germantown (formerly Broadstone Germantown, 5 stories, 276 units) will undergo partial demolition and rehab after the tornado damage from earlier in March. A $400,000 permit has been granted to Kustom U.S. to handle the demo.

Hampton Crane Service at 416 Jefferson St. will, indeed,  be fully demolished after the severe damage it received from the early March tornado.  The full property taking up 75% of that block is owned by HG Hill Realty.

hmmmm does this give HG Hill the chance to develop to fill a hole. Hopefully the crane service can rebuild on cheaper land just outside the core.

What an anomaly!! Who knew? The late great Bowie has a bar in Country Music City USA ... I know! I know! But I've actually seen it called that in more than a few publications.

From what I am able to find through the permits, the estimated value appears to be approximately $16.75 million.  Also found that Kline Sweeney is the Architect, Perry Engineering is the Civil and Kita Landscape Design is the Landscape Architect.
