Hampton Crane Service at 416 Jefferson St. will, indeed,  be fully demolished after the severe damage it received from the early March tornado.  The full property taking up 75% of that block is owned by HG Hill Realty.

What has been proposed there?

Looks to be a surface parking lot.

This has been moving along for a while, so that may have changed, but I can't find anything else through the e-permits site.

Does anyone know the price tag for the Randee Rogers MDHA pricing? I couldn’t find it anywhere online. Thanks

From what I am able to find through the permits, the estimated value appears to be approximately $16.75 million.  Also found that Kline Sweeney is the Architect, Perry Engineering is the Civil and Kita Landscape Design is the Landscape Architect.
