According to Parcel Viewer, the subdivision of the corner lots at 11th & Buchanan will be four units, attached housing. 

Eastern parcel (official address is 1803 B 11th Ave North). Access will come off 11th Ave:

Center parcel (official address is 1102 Buchanan Street). Access will come off of Buchanan:

This project will improve the alley so that all access (including some fire aerial access) can come off the alley. Here is a snip from one of the permit documents I was able to find that shows site access as well as garages for four out of the five units.

The 4 level parking garage that will serve The Hume House and The Hamilton (4 & 5 stories, 500+ units) and next to Werthan Lofts has received a $20.6 million permit for construction.

A loft boutique hotel and residences are planned for the 2 story, 4,530 sq. ft.  building at 421 Union St. that has sold for $2 million.  Built in 1901, it has been home to a Japanese restaurant for the past 25 years. Patrick Pocklington is the new owner.  Daniels + Chandler architects and Eshelman Construction will handle the work.  It is expected to open in late 2021.

9th Avenue will be a boutique hotel (3 stories, 57 rooms) planned by M Cubed for 1212 9th Ave. North in Buena Vista. Humphreys & Partners are the architects, and Thomas & Hutton will handle civil engineering  and land planning.  They will all go before the Metro Planning Commission on Sept. 10th for approval of site plan amendment.
