There may be now be another large project in the works. We have had to be mum about this one for a while, but we still do not know the developer or how large it will be, but it should significant and take up a big chunk of real estate.

More coming soon, so ask me no questions and I’ll tell you no lies.

But the Magic 8 Ball could drop a few hints. Maybe?

I've always thought that's a cool very old looking building. The colonial architecture and its size make me think it's an original (pre-1900) building in downtown. I don't know if it is.  I think that buildings like that are important to have in a booming city where so many large modern buildings are rising around it. It is a bit of a reminder that the city has been "here" for a lot longer.

I could be very wrong but I was told that the attached building to the lady is the oldest structure downtown. I would love to know if that is true

Miami, Austin, Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, Raleigh, & Charlotte are all not on the list. According to them nothing is happening in the southeastern US.

The "Party Hard" vibe of Lower Broadway is even getting to some of the folks who helped create it.

We have notated this for years on this forum.  But it finally seems to be reaching critical mass. What are some serious suggestions on how to remedy the situation?

The ACME guy is crying that no one comes to Nashville just to sit on their hands stoically and watch songwriter's night.

Yep Nashville tourism is out of control because tourists want to hear real bands perform.

What is wrong with you?

Don't make statements and expect not to be asked for facts to back it up.

The Smith guy specifically refers to the homeless and criminals including the drug dealers. He's not complaining about tourists. You have to wonder why dummies like Spyridon and his ilk going after hot dog and gyro street vendors instead of the homeless.
