Lofts at Marathon (6 stories, 463 units, internal garage w/ 321 spaces) at 806 16th Ave. North bing developed by Leftbank Holdings has been granted a $11.9 million permit for construction of the parking structure.  Hardaway Construction will be the contractor. Smith Gee will be the architect, and Catalyst Design is handling engineering and land planning. No renderings have been released yet.

Gateway Germantown Project seemingly moving forward. There is new erosion barriers around the site. More info soon coming and there are other signs as well.

Just UGLY!! From the bland suburban style and characterless windows, all the way to the hideous shade of brick.

Renewal House (3 stories, 34 apts.) will cost $7.5 million on 13.6 acres at 3410 Clarksville Pike.  It will also have treatment spaces and offices for the non-profit that helps women with substance abuse issues.
