According to CBRE, the building has been changed back to apartments minus only the first floor which is still going to be 13,000 square feet of office space. Hope it’s accurate.

I like that plan, it makes more sense; however, could the first floor work as retail or restaurant instead of office?

Also, I'd still like to see a little more remake of the outside to break up those vertical all brick walls a little more.

Great project, though, nice to see that side getting more attention.  Do you guys remember a concept plan for this intersection that floated around about 8-10 years ago? I think it even had an elevated crosswalk, some landscaping and maybe some artwork... I wonder if that (or some version) could be resurected now that this is going forward.

All of the articles and real estate literature reads as follows:

The Camperdown condos are asking around $1.6 MILLION for a 2,800 s.f. space once they are completed.

It is unclear to me, at least, if that is once the tower opens (which seemingly SHOULD  go without saying), or once each residence is built out inside...

Question on the Mural and the approval process.  I travel internationally frequently and many cities have a wide range of murals.  Some great and some ok.

Anyone know or can link to the approval process from the (city of Greenville) perspective?  I’m guessing the artist will provide a few options to the client, the client will choose one, and push that to the city for final approval?  Do community members have a say?
