I know this isn't about the Magic team, but, to be fair about this franchise here's the "couple of questionable calls" I've witnessed:

1.  They let Shaq go

2.  They allowed a hobbling Jameer to resume his starting role over Alton and the other guy who were doing great against the Lakers in The Finals.

3.  They listened to Dwight when he pressured them to fire VanGundy.  They fired VanGundy and started sucking; Dwight ended up leaving ANYWAY...

4.  They said no to Rodman

5.  They signed choir boy Grant Hill in a manner which locked him in for many injury laden years which affected their ability to go after big healthy talent.

6.  They signed a known head case (can't remember his name) within a couple years after The Finals who of course didn't pan out.

7.  There's more; but I'm at work.

And, no, I don't like them....  :)

Sorry for correction but it just irks me when people say Jameer started over Altson. He never started over Alston in the Finals. Here's the starters for each game.

talk of the Magic BB has been moved to the Coffee House.  That being said:

My comment (read it again) dealt more with the aspect of the combination of Alston & Lee filling in more or less for an injured Jameer in Games 1, 2, & 3.  After the Magic got the momentum and won Game 3, the coaches changed the lineup and reduced Lee's playing time from 20 minutes in Game 3 down  to 7 minutes in Game 4, while increasing Jameer's playing time  from 11 minutes in Game 3 to 25 minutes in Game 4.  They lost.  Starter; backup; it's irrelevant; just look at the numbers; Jameer had the playing time of a starter in Game 4.  When they realized the screwup,  they flip flopped it again in Game 5, but it was too late.

Oh yah and I completely agree with you here... There are some "fans" who argue Jameer STARTED over Alston.

As Jernigan posted above, it is a new office building for the headquarters of Orlando-based Bags, Inc.

"A conceptual development plan provided to the city in late December calls for a five-story building with 84,000 square feet of office use, 5,200 square feet of ground floor retail and an attached parking garage on approximately 1.4 acres overall.
The company would occupy at least 50,000 square feet in the proposed office building and have approximately 80 corporate management and employees there."

Wasn't there something awkward about the proportions of the Bags building?  Am I dreaming?

I believe so. I also remember a lot of people here debating about the height difference between this and the parking garage, and whether  this was even worthy of being built in that plot
