How late are these pours going? It seems odd to me that they are able to pull permits for night time work right next to two residential buildings.

They run pretty late. We’re in DTC, so anything goes basically. I will say, the contractor for this project has been more than willing to work with our building within reason.

The only other option is to do the pours in the daytime, which would likely shut the street(s) down and create headaches for all the office workers. It's a lesser of evils thing.

HA You act like this city cares at all about closing streets for development.

This morning 2nd ave had 2 of 3 lanes closed for this project and 4 seasons had 1st completely shut down. West End was down to 1 lane west bound during rush hour due to the 2012 Residential tower. The city is letting Broadwest close BOTH 16th and 17th for the foreseeable future.
