Simpsonville Developments

Does anyone know what is being developed behind the QT and Comfort Suites in Simpsonville? It's a huge tract of land. Probably one of the biggest and most desirable per square foot in the county if you need a big space. Easy highway access, not to crowded on that end of things yet and VERY visible from the highway. Any guesses?

St. Francis bought part of the site and they’re moving forward with a facility there.

Don’t think there is much interest in Simpsonville on this board. After three years it is by far the least viewed/commented on thread.

I find the developments in the smaller cities surrounding Greenville interesting. TR, Greer, Fountain Inn, and Simpsonville all have very nice downtowns. We're lucky to have them as a compliment to Greenville.

Sure there is. It's been one of/or probably the fastest growing suburbs in the area over the last decade. People just talk more about the principal city in the metro area. That's every metro area.
