I was trying to take a picture of the progress on the Legacy Union parking deck, but I ended up thinking that this was a better picture of the Railyard.   This thing is huge for Southend.

Also a great image of just how much more developable land Legacy Onion is leaving behind. Could be a very special project.

Legacy Onion?  Typo or commentary?  In San Diego, they have annual architectural awards, Orchids and Onions.  This would definitely get an onion...

I noticed that there was a new crane onsite here this morning.  I'm guessing that the parking structure on this project is all pre-fab?  I would guess the crane would be for the garage, which should start soon.

Also, I haven't heard any updates on the apartments that are supposedly going to wrap the garage on the backend.  Have we gotten any renderings of these yet?  It would be a shame if those plans fell through and the fine people who live in the Gold District had to look at a giant concrete block instead of apartments.

I've posted elevations before. Kinda like a ski chalet meets a standard David Furman Design. Sorta weird, but not horrible. The apartments will start after the parking deck is complete, around September.

Thanks! Im in a meeting and posting from my phone otherwise I would have looked myself! LOL, so responsible of me. I'll reach out and see if they have any renderings ready for me.

Awesome design! Glad to have something that wasn't copied and pasted from somewhere else. This is a perfect example of infill residential done right.

The ground floor has retail at each corner and the middle part is all entrepreneur apartments. Live work if you will:
