This looks great from a drone shot or Tryon St view.  No wonder it is 80-90% preleased! Today.  and I spy a Legacy tower in the distance.

I hadn't seen some of those rendering before. The Uber/Lyft pickup might be the best part of the new parking deck. Tryon normally gets mobbed with people trying to leave Gin Mill and the bar next door.

Appears they are even trying to make the parking ramp attractive and I love the Uber/Lyft lane. All the residents/tenants should be happy about that. It's very well thought out and executed project. Unless they totally drop the ball on the apartments (which seems very unlikely), this project is a major success.  I'd be excited if my employer was moving there.

even from my #2 favorite city San Antonio they  have this right off the Riverwalk Museum reach.   This is NOT in Charlotte only to illustrate many places have this.

Allstate starts moving into the entire north tower in late May through July fully occupied.  They are excited.  Photos today.  (part of the KJ listening tour)  any word on the rest of the retail tenants which last time I check had letters of intent or leases in hand.

Walk by photos of the Railyard.  Allstate should be very happy about their new home.  It is beautiful.  No wonder this is basically all leased out.  In person > renderings.

I have heard one of the retail spots is going to be the third iteration (only one open now) of a restaurant from an out of state group.  Exciting concept that should fit in and do well!
