Agreed. One more floor on the apartments and this would be an A++. Still a strong A as the apartments should look great from street level.

Wtf are they putting in those small spaces?!!!? Sure it will be hard finding tenants for those. Like those are big enough for a food truck....

Its retail incubators. So they are small spaces for small businesses. You can do a lot with 1000 sq feet

All I see in these photos are power lines. Everywhere. It's a great building (albeit with an absolutely ridiculous name), but damn. The city should mandate/assist in placing all utilities below grade in new construction when this much density is added. 

If only it were that easy. Unfortunately Duke holds all the cards here. They even have power over the city
