I believe the tower was to have been commercial, and the apps. surrounding the parking garage were for sale.

This seems to be a new website for the Railyard including a new video half way down the home page  check it out.  Not sure I have seen that before.  Those rooftop balconies are fantastic.

Can't tell which is which, there are just too many power lines in the way.

As a huge proponent of burying power lines, thank you for making me feel so stupid. I almost feel bad for beotching about Charlotte’s lines now. Lol
