As long as we're not hurling insults at each other and we're just expressing our opinions with a bit of humor thrown in I see nothing wrong with it.  We post thousands of comments about how much we love certain projects and that's acceptable and kind of fun, this just happens to be one of the few that a lot of us don't care for, it's harmless.

There’s just no pleasing you folks. It’s just different and I sort of get it. I happen to think the verticality of the windows makes it a lot different than other projects in Nashville. Open your minds…free  your souls,  relax…breathe….feel the sun on your face… let go…repeat…

I remember when everyone was hung up on the Westin, but you seem to have gotten use to it. It will get lost in the grand scheme of things in the end and overshadowed by the other buildings on the roundabout.

not trying to troll the design I’m genuinely confused by it. 

No it is not. I have been waiting to see the panels go up. The renderings show an almost burnt orange color to the metal panels. I believe they have run into a supply chain issue with getting the color correct.

I think the verticality of the windows actually make the building look taller. When looking from this angle with the other buildings, its not as bad as some of you guys let on, IMO.

You took the words right out of my mouth and I haven’t seen it in person since May. Definitely looks better than the monstrosity to the right of it. Just my opinion though.

I think this building will really come together once it's complete. Either way, I think it's a nice addition. Hopefully the contrast created with 800 Lea, Circle South, and the Ritz will be nice and make this one stand out in a good way. Only time will tell though.

My wife and I see this building from our condo so we look at it day and night.  She likes it because it seems to be a mix of old and new.  It's definitely new but hearkens back to older buildings that had brick, stone or concrete and smaller windows.  I think it will look outstanding next to the other buildings that are going up around it.

It is what it is…and that’s a new 29 story building!!! It’s different, but I like it. I bet once the other “ circle projects “ get built, it’s going to blend in fine.

Now that the horrible rash that this building has had for months has mostly cleared up it looks much healthier!  I used to feel itchy just looking at it!

Agreed, especially since they all aren't glass only towers. I love them, but it's nice to get some variation.
