Now we know why the hodge-podge of the exterior's design:

The tower’s exterior paneling features morse code that dictates the lyrics to John Coltrane’s “A Love Supreme.” Hastings Architecture installed the feature to pay homage to Music City.

Some other features:

Floor-to-ceiling windows in every room, along with walk-in showers, sleek lighting fixtures, modern kitchens and more. A 24-hour concierge service is available for residents, as well.

Other amenities include a seventh-floor entertainment deck with a saltwater pool, gym and common spaces. On the top floor, a "sky deck" and “sky lounge” offer views of Nashville.

This one cleaned up pretty nice. With the external construction mostly wrapped up, the 'look' is really looking sharp. Especially that 2nd photo.  It's like a cosmopolitan tower, just waiting for more company.

I haven't managed to get a pic, but the exterior is now (finally) complete on this one,  and it looks really great! Textured and provides a subtle pop of color in the skyline.
