I have a feeling that this building, and the eventual Circle South/whatever Mainland decides to do on the One KVB site will help spruce up the roundabout. 

Metro also needs to replace the busted out lights with the chunkier sidewalk lighting/bollards they've been placing around the Music City Center.

If you’re asking about that Imperial Insurance building, my earliest memories of it are probably from the mid or late 1960s. At that time it was Allstate Insurance-next door to a Sears Store, and an insurance company owned by Sears. I don’t know any history of the building itself. (Loopnet says it was built in 1953.)
