107 W Hargett/Father & Son building

Substantial renovation to the Father & Son Building.  I consider this something of a historic win although much of the historic interior detail will likely be removed....but who knows, Clearscapes is in charge and they might salvage make a lot of the old stuff work. We'll see. This is still much preferable to the possibility of it being torn down, as I feared might happen with the previous N&O project moving along in secret.
