Here's a brand new project as of this morning.  It's a a 28-story building being described as both a mixed-use and apartment project in city documents.  It located across the street from the 39-story Fifth & West condo tower that topped out this week.  Here'  the site plan:

One of the two restaurants on the site has announced their closing.  Towers has an updated summary about what we know about this project so far.  With some detective work, Towers has traced the project to Riverside Resources.  Riverside Resources is a local high-rise developer.

We still don't know much about this project.  But one of the restaurants to be demo'ed for this project officially announced their closing date as November 17.
