Interesting. They could definitely build structured parking west of Natchez Trace. But they have tons of employees in the medical complex. They could maybe move parking to remote locations and run more shuttles.

Just remember we will lose 4 towers on West End when Carmichael comes down. Even thought they are sort of ugly, that will be a huge open gap we are not use to seeing and will take some getting use to.
