Why was phase 3 snapped?

Has there been confirmation that it's not happening, or just conjecture?

There's a brand new for sale sign on the property so it appears that the Phase 1/2 developer won't be doing it.  I certainly hope it's built though.

What location was P3 planned for? cross street? Thanks in advance...

I think so.  adjacent to The Jackson (where Eola Place was slated to go during the boom).

It would wrap around the Jackson.

I saw that too...

It’s a joint venture between Jefferson and Camden. Guess Camden has a slightly larger stake and will run it.

Thatll be their 3rd property downtown.

There will be a meeting about this development tomorrow for residents nearby. I won't be in attendance but will share what I can find out.

They renamed the Sevens "Camden North Quarter" hahaha. I am sensing a trend. Seriously, it just seems like a corporate branding thing similar to Modera by Mill Creek. Definitely not creative though.

Too bad they couldn’t help define the neighborhood by using its official name, i.e. Camden South Eola.

But I’m sure “Lake Eola” is a much better marketing hook to rent apartments.
