The major question for companies considering a relocation to Charlotte or any other city is whether their tech talent needs can be met.  It's nice to see that we have job openings for people, but do we have the bodies already here to fill these roles, or do the roles go unfulfilled for long periods of time, or does filling the roles come with a ton of complexity and struggle.

^^ well with young college graduates flocking to Charlotte I think most of them are being filled.  If companies like Centene did not think there was a labor pool here they would not be expanding here.

I think Credit Karma's Charlotte office is focused on Credit Karma Tax, could be good. I don't have any inside information though.

Credit Karma here in Charlotte is focused on taxes as that is how they got here they acquired a company and expanded it.

They do (Credit Karma) have a variety of jobs posted for Charlotte   as for Square they do have an office in Midtown Atlanta but it will be interesting to see what happens.  I would bet given work at home and so forth people here can continue to work for Square here.

AvidXchange completes another acquisition at the end of the year and plans have been restarted for the 2nd twin office building to the first one.  It is good this tech company is committed to office space but they do say they will have a hybrid model of employment.  Added 200 jobs last year.
