Ok, I’m officially declaring this building to be in a race with Intercontinental. Even with this one being taller, my money is still on it being topped out first.

I was thinking basically the reverse of those heights. I’m sticking to my guns. Good points, though. Thanks for the insight.

Although, now that i think about it there will be a basement level on intercontinental, so they still have to dig it down a floor. However. I still think intercontinental tops off first. The site is 3/16 of an acre or something absurd. Steel could rise at a floor every 2 days.

Welp, unfortunately its not. Haha. I don’t think there’s any way that FNB tops out first, its floorplans are like 5-6x larger and will be poured concrete, but I’ll happily take your bet.

It's official: J Man is SpiritOf76's burner account. The jig is up. We've got you now.

Would have been hilarious if gman430's drone pics were all crooked, too. haha

sorry guys! lol. My this was from the driver's side through the passenger window. I had to reach over in traffic to get it.

Though I do like the simplistic design of this building. I do believe that it will turn out even better in person. Hopefully there is at least one space of retail for something other than the retail bank. lol

That steel above is a piling that hasn't been driven all the way in yet, as opposed to being part of the above ground structure.
