It was definitely vinyl, but I don't think you could move it. The vinyl would stretch too much upon removal.

From this angle, this kinda reminds me of Jabba the Hut's sail barge from Return of the Jedi with the canopy set like that.

Graham St. was blocked past that intersection today.  Had to divert onto MLK.  I'm not sure how long the detour will last but you might want to consider an alternate route if you travel through that area.

Anything of significant height built off Tryon St. is a win in my book.  This project is going to be very imposing in that area - I really think once Gateway station unfolds and whatever Tepper does with the old practice fields...although a unique location at first thought, this could easily become a jackpot of a location (arguably already considered a jackpot location - proximity to stadiums, Romare, LU).

I think it will be concrete for the 8 floors of parking and then transition to steel.

I see several each morning on my commute from plaza to Lancaster. Ohio as well. I grew up south of Buffalo and invaded Jan 2011

I used to work in Weddington and to drive through those new neighborhoods was a rare sight of NC license plates
