Does anyone have a current rendering?  I went back and looked at the 1st few pages of the thread and didn't see one.

I think this is the current one from their website but that says 31 stories and it is now 29 stories.

faces uptown but not shown in that rendering.  I have seen it before perhaps @ricky_davis_fan_21 has a rendering showing how the pool deck will be.

That's a really nice looking tower.  Wish it could have surpassed 500 ft.

only in a boomtown like Charlotte can a 29 story mixed use tower get lost in the shuffle with Honeywell Tower, 18 story Deloitte, 26 story Ally Center, JW Marriott, 41 story Duke Metro tower, 33 story Ellis tower, 23 story Lowes tower..………………………..

They could easily build an actual trail that goes up along the substation and then follow the old tracks to MLK, and would have a view, being higher ground.     The fact that I now see people walking through that sidewalk on a regular basis, the city should be ashamed that it has not resolved the problem.

in terms of apartments with view and office space with skyline views this building is probably one of the best in Charlotte given its location overlooking the low rise ball park and Bearden park towards the skyline and for now the low rise Duke deck next door.  Really great views.

I was viewing the site on my desktop pc and the Raleigh pic sticks out like a sore thumb to me as a Charlotte fanatic. But on my phone it's not as noticeable. Guess sometimes webpages display differently on mobile devices vs. desktops.

This will be great for the skyline, but the street level interaction is so poor on this building.  A giant lobby, bank branch, and parking deck entrance.  What a waste.

Yeah nobody's really going to have a reason to go over to this building unless you live there.

This building has 2 lobbies(one for the office space and one for the apartments)  and is anchor by a bank.  So there is not a lot of room for anything but the 2 elevator lobbies and the one retail space which will be a bank branch.  Lets face reality this part of Graham does not have any retail right now except for the bar/tavern across the street.   This building is a great first step and once a redevelopment is done on the Duke garage you will see a lot more activity over here.  The Gateway station area has a lot of potential with retail.   You need office workers or residents to have retail work and this area is just in its infancy.

There should be a different type of zoning requirements for certain areas. Like buildings on certain streets (of a certain use and square feet)  need to have at least one public retail space. Ugh I agree
