^ great find boy is that Duke deck big and I think it has less spaces than the taller Legacy deck.  This tower will have one of the best views well since the Vue.

These towers uptown under construction have a happy place in the overall pandemic situation. Traffic in the area is down dramatically so their suppliers, employees, deliveries, lane closures and other troublesome and logistic issues are reduced substantially. I have no knowledge or experience how this makes a project move faster or finish sooner or at less cost, but the contractors have to be pleased to argue with so many fewer people about access, sidewalk closures and so on.

That is very true - Gonna be a tough 2021 possibly due to the Pandemic/Economic conditions moving forward.  So many Towers will top out by years end and won’t be replaced as readily.  We’re so damn spoiled here in CLT with all the activity.

It's been fun to watch this and better appreciation for how longs things take and why.  This marks 10 weeks that they been actively working on the 1.5 floor transition section to the 'L' shape.  Finally though looks like they about done and first floor of the 'L' just about ready to shape/form/pour.  Should resume its march higher quickly again post that first one.

This is the best city view. I can look at buildings for ten minutes, maybe. I can relax with this view for hours. Same as at the beach. Looking at the ocean which never changes, ever changes.

The mirror vs non mirror thing is interesting. The non mirror glass reminds me of the building on 5th and college. It’s pretty see through!
