Ok, I’m officially declaring this building to be in a race with Intercontinental. Even with this one being taller, my money is still on it being topped out first.

So believe it or not, Intercontinental will be taller than this. This will be 383’, Intercontinental around 420’. That said, I disagree with you. Intercontinental does not have a parking deck to pour, it’ll top out first.

Also, intercontinental will be steel.

“Building structure will integrate full story transfer trusses to achieve the open spans required for the lower office levels and theatre’s lobby expansion”

Although, now that i think about it there will be a basement level on intercontinental, so they still have to dig it down a floor. However. I still think intercontinental tops off first. The site is 3/16 of an acre or something absurd. Steel could rise at a floor every 2 days.

I was thinking basically the reverse of those heights. I’m sticking to my guns.

Welp, unfortunately its not. Haha. I don’t think there’s any way that FNB tops out first, its floorplans are like 5-6x larger and will be poured concrete, but I’ll happily take your bet.
