This is one of the most fantastic historical renovations and redevelopments in the country.  Hotel, lots of apartments, retail, offices, event spaces.  Great development.

The mix of historical renovations of the old brewery and the new buildings just blend so well here.

Bank of America will anchor and moves many employees into Silver Ventures new 6 story office building at the Pearl.

""Bank of America Corp. will move a majority of its San Antonio employees to Broadway Street adjacent to Pearl in the next couple of years.Bank of America (NYSE: BAC) is taking a two-and-a-half floor lease at Silver Ventures' six-story office building under construction at Broadway and Grayson streets.  The new office will house employees from the company's offices at 200 Concord Plaza Drive and 300 Convent St. The employees will come from business banking, consumer banking, home loans, Merrill Lynch, Bank of America Merrill Lynch Middle Market and U.S. Trust Bank of America Private Wealth Management offices. The company’s military banking overseas division will remain at 300 Convent St., as will the Merrill Lynch office at La Cantera.""

The Pearl has become one of my favorite parts of San Antonio and is spurring more growth between it and downtown especially along the Museum Reach and along Broadway.   Today.  Last photos are the 2 new office buildings Silver Investments is building along Broadway see story posted above.
