It was on last months MPB report with updated renderings, but haven't seen it up for ARB revision. This developer has a rather "interesting" concept of what constitutes artistic design and signage.

Funny.  If this project gets built, and that massing is seen as acceptable for that block, it will make the designers of Crescent Central look like they were smoking crack when they gave us 7 stories on the Pizzuti block instead of a high rise.

It's memorable, which given our height issues is a good thing. Much better than Baker Barrios Generic (available at your local Builders Square! oh wait...)

meh, if it was 3 individual buildings...maybe, but that base just kills it IMO... even if you turned 2 of the buildings that would look way better..

I really like it.  I just wish they had wrapped the residential around on the northeast corner a little more and the north and west garage elevations should have been fixed up a bit better.

It was on latest ARB for Radius. This hasn't gotten to ARB yet, it is still in zoning approval.

The thing is too that if that happens the north face of that building will forever look unfinished.

Maybe they should re-think the giant pedestal and 3 phase build-out, or maybe our gaurdians of architectural integrity and urban planning should hold them to a higher standard. . .

Ah, but it is blocking several judges' I-4 congestion view, which is much more addictive.  Trust me, I know, I can't stop looking at I-4 congestion every single day...

A VCR is an electronic device I used to use to watch movies every night and Friday nights from Blockbuster!
