@IAmFloridaBorn

The Lot is the whole thing, The current road in the middle bisecting the lot is not the boundary of the lot. It is just temporary from before and current access road to the construction site. The Lot itself is the whole greenspace area and will be twice as large as you are envisioning based upon the picture.

It was my understanding that the road will be the entrances to the Golden Sparrow garages and will pass through/under and be the entrances to existing apartments.  But you're right, it does not form the back edge to Golden Sparrow.

You can see where the entrance that corresponds to the location of the road is in this rendering...

Honestly, as I said previously I will be happy if we don't get the third tower and there is a little "pocket park"  in the middle leading to Lynx Central. Kinda hoping that happens.

But the garage pedestal will be built as a part of Phase 1, right? If that’s the case, I’m hoping for all 3 towers as it might otherwise look lopsided or disproportionate with 1 or even 2 towers only.

Sorry, this one’s been out there for so long it’s hard to keep track of what the phasing strategy is ...

The garage pedestal is only under the first two buildings on the south side of the project. Phase  3 tower is from ground up.

Wouldn't this mean the "park" you're hoping for would just be a long strip of grass next to a long unfinished blank wall?

Theoretically it would be facing an open faced part of the parking garage likely using cable rail to keep the cars from falling out of it.

Ah that would make sense.  Either way I'd rather see more apartments there and a proper park with trees elsewhere.

There are already deciduous trees lining the streetscape on the north of the lot and a kind of palm tree plaza on the west side near Lynx central. The landscape plan calls for a 7 foot buffer of additional trees lining the building after phase 1 and phase 2 are completed along with temporary artwork/imagery screening the garage, according to the ARB report. So it would be a narrow strip of grass lined on either side with trees and acting almost as a green promenade between two civic buildings in the Lynx Central Station transportation hub and the County Courthouse square.  (doesn't align perfectly with the courthouse, but kind of a cool corridor/promenade effect, IMHO).
