It certainly appears that way. On a positive, maybe they are moving forward with phase 2 now.  Likely, that floor is an amenity floor for the entire structure so was always slated for phase 1.

Maybe someone with floor plans handy could confirm.

I thought there was some talk that they were going to do Phase 2 at the same time...or do none of us really know? I just saw something on their social handle that said, "Orlando's largest residential development", or something like that and I assume that is only true with Phase 2 included, no?

The only "talk" of it that I've seen has been here at UPO and it was mostly just questions and speculation.

Personally I don't think they are.

I **THINK MAYBE**  the reason it looks that way **COULD BE** because **MAYBE** the parking deck is beneath both towers and as such, **MAYBE** they **COULD BE** building the deck all at once, with the 2nd tower to follw completion of the first one.

I do not know that though.

Which I hope I adequately made clear.
