Of all the Florida cities with the exception of Jacksonville because I never go up there, I do like the trees in downtown Orlando and downtown St Petersburg. I love the big trees

I believe they are building the 23rd now, so 3 more + the hat, which should be another 2 at least I think.

I definitely wish this was 40 stories or so .would look better. It just looks weird and out of place by itself. (doubt phase two happens)

But no seriously I think they are measuring the market ? Do they keep it at 17 stories? Do they re evaluate? The Edge, Zoi Houses property, and the additional building in Creative Village phase two could have them add or subtract or just wait to built phase 2.

They had Orange closed this morning I think to move the crane.

I've been wondering how they're counting the two extra height floors.

The first floor and the one directly on top of the base are double height.

If they count them each as one floor, then they are currently at floor 22 and have four more to go plus the visor.

If they count each double height floor as two, then they are currently on floor 24 and only have two more to go plus the visor.

Yesterday I took a stroll over that way and looked closely where the construction elevator is, and took a picture.

Below is a cropped and zoomed in view of the floor indicator on the level directly above the double height bottom floor....

If you zoom in close, you can see it says 2 rather than 3, which obviously means they're counting that double height floor as one in the final floor count.

I couldn't see well enough and my camera couldn't zoom in on the level above the base, but I could tell it didn't say 5 & 6, so it had to be labelled as a single floor (5).

This indicates to me that the building height will grow by four more floors plus the two story visor, instead of just two, etc.

Which is a good thing.
