An optimal time to start phase 2 is after structural work is complete in phase 1. You can roll teams from one tower to the next without remobilizing. 

Regardless, they have a ton of units to lease between the two towers if they overlap them too much. Also, they will be leasing against themselves at some point.

That's the way it seems to me that they'd do it, assuming they've got financing in place for phase 2.

Get all the floors poured and set on phase 1, then as the exterior covering and glass starts going on, move the cranes over and start pouring the floors for phase 2. 

Around the time phase 2 is topping out, phase 1 will be nearing completion or been recently completed.

Here is the retail/commercial site plan being advertised for lease. A lot more retail space than I imagined, will be interesting to see what they end up putting in here... 

Ahhhh…save some retail for The Radius!!!!
