LaQuinta Inn has been granted a $12.6 million permit to start going vertical in its construction.

Personally, I hope he knows something about PSC Metals! But we haven't heard anything about the Thai Phuket place yet

The Thai Phuket location will most likely be a Hotel. I would say a 98 % chance of a mid rise structure.

Sorry guys... but I don't know a lot of those places... where is Thai Phuket?

The parcels would be behind Shoneys on Woodland street going toward the Titans Stadium. Monroe Investments out of Chicago bought the entire block about 3 years ago and sold the Lime light and Thai parcles a few weeks ago to a hotel developer for more than they paid for the entire block.

Mo roe Investments is the same company that owns River North as well.
