No outside renovation for Snodgrass

William Williams had a friend at the City Paper who called the state and they would not confirm the $20 million spent inside the Snodgrass, and they said there was NO work planned for the outside except a new egress to Charlotte Avenue. It sounds like the State is being hush-hush on the renovations.
