The best demo since the Charlotte Observer building came down.    This is flying up.   CharlotteRising Super fast!   Today.   Spectrum's Vantage Southend with 2 tower cranes and one additional crane. 

and the best Loo with View in Charlotte check it out photo 7. 

Like a phoenix rising from the ashes with new building rising behind the old.   Love this project.

From yesterday evening

Up to 8th floor in the new LendingTree HQ and this project is flying up.  Charlotte Rising Southend edition.   This is such a GREAT project.   The rubble of 1100 S Tryon building is missing and the clock is back in Gastonia.

Those pictures are great, but they don't do justice to how massive Vantage feels in person.  Those floor-plates seem huge, and now that they are beginning to pour the parking deck, the scale feels different than even Rail Yard or Dimensional Place.  More than floor-plates, the presence is just very dominating as you drive by (in a good way).

I agree with @J-Rob these floorplates are HUGE.  This is such great project.   These floorplates are approx. 33.000 sq ft which is large in the world of new office towers.

My dad used to have a business back in 1990 where design within reach is now and on move in day the found a dead body rolled up in carpet behind the loading dock, its crazy to see where the area has come since then.

 

Any word on a project going in in the empty space between the Railyard and Vantage?

The only thing I know of is the New Beer Garden - 3 Story building currently under construction now.  Looks like they'll be done soon.
