Cadi40 1142 Report post Posted September 9, 2020 Why would lamp posts and large pillars be installed to the top floor of the deck if a large structure is to be built above it before it opens?

I'm sure the hotel is on hold for now given the state of things. Plus, when construction starts it's not difficult to take down the lamp post, probably take a day or two. 2

norm21499 795 Report post Posted September 12, 2020 The parking deck isn't half bad. Could be better, but could be a heck of a lot worse. This project so far is turning out nice.

KJHburg 69646 Report post Posted September 15, 2020 I really like the look of this. Spectrum Properties does a great job with this and the Barings 300 South Tryon tower. Last photo I only post this as this retail spot sat vacant for years but now has a hair salon there on W Morehead and S Church. I hope much success for them.

I wonder if the new Deloitte Tower had the possibility of focusing sunlight bad enough to burn plants or melt cars parked on the street.
