My self guided tour today of Vantage Southend.  Spectrum does excellent work!  With 300 South Tryon Barings tower to this project to 5th and Broadway in Nashville their projects are first class.  For those who remember the UP Fantasy Football league I as an owner chose them to develop my training center and HQ for my team the Burgers and if the league is revived this fall I will do so again. 

anyway what a good project and my sources tell me most of the retail space is spoken for!  I noticed the 2nd tower under construction is easily now seen from the Rail Trail down by West Blvd and the Lowes tower.

and what I saw about a year ago was very tall uptown tall but not sure if that is the same plan now.  But it would be the tallest in southend by far!

This really looks good.  Spectrum does great work.  I hope the 2nd tower leases up quickly too.  Several angles today.

With all this momentum going on in SE, I would think this project would resurrect those hotel plans on top of the parking deck soon.  SE is craving for a nice, full service hotel.

Has anyone else noticed, on GoogleMaps, satelite view, this project looks current, but  Legacy Union and Ally are still dirt?

Considering in a few years, SouthEnd will be the Tourist Destination for Charlotte, I would think so. (2 miles+ of breweries, food and retail is a major attraction for any city)

It's two sets of imagery. The view of Legacy Union is from April 2018 and the view of Vantage is from Jan. 2021. Google really needs to update the whole Charlotte region to the Jan. 2021 imagery. Not sure why it's taking them so long.
