Major garage and office building on a basically vacant lot. A second office building would come later. This is an expansion of the Charleston technology Center.

The amount of construction on the peninsula is amazing. There have been as many as 5 tower cranes at a time between the upper peninsula and the West Edge areas.

The design of this building has significantly changed from the original renderings.  Will be interesting if the BAR gives conceptual approval.

I believe 999 Morrison Dr is the current location for the F&B workers' park-and-ride lot.   Not sure if F&B parking will remain at this address utilizing the proposed parking garage or move elsewhere.

9.14 acres seeking rezoning in close vicinity to 999 Morrison.

Also, a rezoning on King st. between the two US 17 ramps.  This looks to be another major residential project in the works.

Going to get a few pics when I go down there tomorrow.  Site is fenced in and construction has started.  We have a project going on East Bay so I drive right by there.
