It appears it's been so long since someone posted that the previous development thread has been archived and can't be used.  There's a fair amount of activity in downtown Muskegon right now,  seems like we should be tracking it here.  

Another building going up.  The guy behind it appears to be pretty active in downtown Muskegon investment.

More downtown Muskegon development.  Seems like all of the announcements right now are coming out of MKG.
