No way!  Frugal MacDoogal's is like the "anchor tenant" of the gulch.  They should never move.  Without Frugal the gulch would just be a bunch of juice-drinking hipster morons.  Frugal MacDoogal's is the OG and it is patronized by OG's who like to sip on some hard drank.  The only thing they should change is make it into a 50-story liquor store with 49-floors of residential above the  retail floor.
