The townhomes will be approximately 4,100 SF each and come with two-car garages and terraces on the top floor offering views of Lake Eola and the Linton E. Allen Memorial fountain.
This project has begun construction and they are currently forming the foundations on the project site just northeast of Landmark I:

I combined Ph 2 tower and Ph 3 former Church Street Station re-work as it seems they are both ramping up to start.
Renovation of the existing property includes 77,000 SF of office/coworking space and 12,000 SF of ground-floor retail, 3,700 of which is slated for restaurant fronting the corner of Orange Ave and Jefferson with outdoor seating area. Updated facade will feature modernized design and lighting including Corten Steel focal point for main entrance and signage on the corner. The project is being developed by Third & Urban with local assist from Foundry and architect for the new construction/reno is Smith Dalia Architects. Demo will begin September 2019 with reno expected to begin November 2019.
Student housing and mixed use building for the new UCF downtown Orlando Campus. This is apart of Phase 1 of the Creative Village build out.
