I'm as happy to see that suburban style public housing project being blocked from Charlotte as I am to see a little height on that street. Charlotte from downtown to One City is so low-rise it seems farther out from downtown than it really is.

This project sort of reminds me of The Cambria. It got lost in the development tracking, but will make a bigger impact on its surrounding area than originally thought.
