Let me guess, Crescent Central is demanding they shorten it to five stories.... <_<

:tw_joy: thank God it’s not. Here’s the condition:

“Applicant will ensure vehicular access through the existing 15’ ROW/easement as well as the existing 29.92’ easement at a quality no less than what currently exists to the properties located at 332 N. Magnolia, 326 N. Magnolia Ave., and 320 N. Magnolia Ave. to the satisfaction of the owners of those properties as evidenced in writing by the owners.”

whatever that means

Maybe they're trying to land BOA as the big office tenant, and if they don't, they won't break ground.  Seriously, though, the rents for apartments would have to be high.  Is there that much of a market for that?  I don't think so.  But BOA moving is a golden opportunity for them.  It could make or break their plans.

I thought BoA was moving to the current Lincoln Plaza or whatever we call it now. I get so confused.

Herman Wells, beloved longtime president and chancellor of Indiana University (Go Hoosiers!) passed a rule that you couldn’t tear down a tree on campus without going through a lengthy process.

The result is one of the most beautiful big state colleges (and well-regarded) in the country. Maybe he had the right idea.

people that tear down healthy trees, as was iterated by Canned Heat, have a hole in their soul.

One never knows, but I'd be just as happy if something with a smaller footprint went up there instead.

Something that wouldn't require tearing down the building next door and hopefully save the big oak tree on the SE corner.

I selfishly just don't wanna lose Fratelli's.
