Square at South End - Mixed Use Project @ West and Tryon

CLTProductions

So happy this got out of the ground before this mess started. Can’t wait for this and the two smaller projects just down the street.

No tea leaves on possible tenants?

Their Scaleybark project has an anchor, not sure about this one.

This project reached vertical prominence very quickly with this framing.  The Lowe's Tower has thicker and heavier "bones," and is going up quite a bit more slowly.  Both are office towers, if I understand correctly.  In layman's terms, can someone explain the different construction approaches between these two towers and what that means for the final product?

From this overhead shot,  how/where is the parking going?

So the concrete walls, are the parking deck. Then the deck will be surrounded by stick built.
