While it sounds like Groundcrew Sound does great work (and they get excellent reviews on Google Maps), I still can't get over the fact that their building looks borderline abandoned. 
Others must agree too, considering that that their back parking lot is a favorite destination for hotboxing vehicles and illegally dumping trash into the Groundcrew Sound dumpster. 
I recognize the value that Groundcrew Sound brings to the business community, but aesthetically, their entire property looks to be in a state of disrepair. 

That’s probably partly by design. They probably have lots of very expensive equipment in there. So make the outside look like it doesn’t, less of a target. Also gotta remember Southend has only become what it is now in the last few years.

There was an “incident”

CATS was single tracking so at least one track of electric is still working.

Any idea what that is?  Did it fall from the building or get dropped by a crane?

No idea. I was walking past after it fell. 

since no Cat wires appear to be affected I am guessing the form slid off the building and landed on the containers protecting the rail trail  before bouncing into the tracks.

I hope this building gets a big tenant and I think it will once it is closer to completion.   And with the office market rebounding it will be coming online at the right time.  There are some tenants circling the market that could anchor this tower (and several are in the market now)
